If a consumer wants to develop for additional cores (CIF 2020, Core Director), have access to other services (ODI, EES, REST APIs), or receive support from the Developer Relations team, then the consumer will be required to join the Vendor Integration Program (VIP). More information about the VIP may be obtained here.
Press the Create Account button in the JX Service Gateway Credentials user card in the developer dashboard.
Next, enter your Company and Product in the fields that appear.
Click the Authorize Account button.
A spinning icon will appear for a short period of time, then the box will refresh to display the credentials for accessing the jXchange SOAP environment.
To view the Username and/or Password, click the small eye shaped icon to the right, within each field.

Troubleshooting
Issue: My credentials are not displaying in the JX Service Gateway Credentials Box
Response:
- If you have requested credentials already, please clear your browser cache and cookies.
- If it has been longer than six months since your last access, the credentials will be removed and you will need to sign up again.
Issue: I am getting “Access is Denied” errors.
Response:
- Review the Development Using SOAP page for proper settings when making a request.
- Check to make sure that you are using the correct values as provided by the JX Service Gateway Credentials Box
- If it has been longer than six months since your last access, the credentials will be removed and you will need to sign up again.
- If the above does not work, send an email to VendorQA@jackhenry.com for our team to review. We may require you to sign up again.
Issue: I am having trouble with/getting errors with the APIs.
Response: As mentioned above, no API support is provided with the free registration. You may post your issue on Stack Overflow. Our team does monitor this channel and responds as our schedules allow. To receive support from the Developer Relations team, you will be required to join the Vendor Integration Program (VIP). More information about the VIP may be obtained here.
