Manage Travel Notifications

As a consumer, I want to be able to manage (set/modify/delete) travel notifications

Steps

The CardAlrtMod and EFTCardMod operations to set card to active status.

EFTCardMod with EFTCardTrvInfo filled out can be used to update travel information on a debit card.

CardAlrtMod with CardAlrtRegion filled out can be used to establish the latitude, longitude, and radius in meters of the area that card activity is permitted. Activity outside of the region setting triggers an alert.
