Find SMS Keyword

Enterprise SOAP API > Tutorials > Enterprise Notification System (ENS) > Find SMS Keyword

I would like to know if we have this SMS keyword and what SMS alerts use it.

Steps

  1. The user inserts the SMSKeyWordId to search for or part of it using SrchType=“Contains” and performs a NotSMSKeyWordSrch. The response has matching records and it contains information such as the correlation alert name.
  2. To obtain information on the recipient filter array or the ActIntentKey (necessary for SMS Keyword modification) you need to perform a NotSMSKeyWordInq.
