Add Customer Relationship
A parent and a son both have accounts and the son is getting a car loan. Using the CustRelAdd operation the parent could be shown as a co-signer.
Steps
- Perform a customer search and/or an account search to find the required information.
- Optional: perform a CustRelAddValidate operation to verify the elements.
- Perform a CustRelAdd to create the relationship.
