Notification Recipient Search Behavior
The Notification Recipient Search
(NotRecipSrch
) operation behavior is as follows.
The Notification Recipient Search root request message
(NotRecipSrchRq_MType
) requires an Institution Routing Identification
(InstRtId) simple element. It includes optionally the Consumer
Product (ConsumerProd), Consumer Recipient Status Type
(ConsmRecipStatType), First Name (FirstName),
Last Name (LastName), Common Name (ComName), and
Recipient Contact (RecipCon) simple elements. All elements at the
request have an ~and~ relationship and not an ~or~ relationship.
The root request includes optionally the Include Extended Element array
(IncXtendElemArray_AType
).
The search type attribute is supposed for these simple elements:
- First Name (FirstName)
- Last Name (LastName)
- Common Name (ComName)
- Recipient Contact (RecipCon)
The absence of the Consumer Recipient Status Type (ConsmRecipStatType) simple element conveys to the service provider to return all qualified recipients regardless of their status.
The Notification Recipient Search root response message
(NotRecipSrchRs_MType
) echoes the request elements.
The Notification Recipient Search Record array (NotRecipSrchRecArray_AType
)
returns the Consumer Product (ConsumerProd), Consumer Recipient Status
Type (ConsmRecipStatType), Consumer Recipient Identification
(ConsmRecipId), Alert Recipient Identification
(AlrtRecipId), and Recipient Contact
(RecipCon) simple elements and the Consumer Recipient Name complex
(ConsmRecipName_CType
). The Recipient Contact
(RecipCon) simple element is only returned when it is used as a
request filter.
