Customer Relationship Management Event Modification
Customer Relationship Management Event Modification is a jXchange service designed to modify a CRM service event.
Message Flow
In jXchange, the Customer Relationship Management Event Modification service uses a typical
exchange of MType
messages to modify a CRM service event.
Primary Request
The third-party consumer forwards the CRMEventModRq_MType
message to the
service provider. The message contains:
- ActIntentKey
- CRMEventId
- CRMEventType
- Dlt
- RelActDlt
Primary Response
The service provider returns the CRMEventModRs_MType
message to the
third-party consumer. The message contains the status of the requested elements.
Customer Relationship Management Event Modification Behavior
The CRMEventModRq_MType
request message requires valid CRMEventId,
CRMEventType, and ActIntentKey elements.
The RelActDlt element is optionally included in the request. This element conveys to the service provider that if the event is being deleted, then the activities related to the event should also be deleted. The default value is ~false~.
The standard tenets for modification services are applicable. The CRM Event Modification elements were updated with the JHANull attribute in accordance with established tenets for modification services. Adhere to the tenets for fault reporting. Adhere to the tenets related to the concurrency model. Adhere to the tenets related to the correlation identifications.
