The CRMEventInqRq_MType
request message

service.
The ActIntent default canonical value is ~ReadOnly~. The canonical values ~Upd~ and ~Dlt~ require the service provider to return the ActIntentKey element used for the subsequent modification service with the adopted concurrency model.
The CRMEventInqRs_MType
response message returns the elements related to the
CRMEventId and CRMEventType elements. The CRM
event-related elements along with customer-related elements are part of the response.
