LOC Addition
LOC Addition is a jXchange service designed to establish a line of credit
using a LOCAddRq
and a LOCRec
to establish line of credit
(LOC) values.

In jXchange, the LOC Addition service uses a typical exchange of MType
messages to establish a line
of credit using a LOCAddRq
and a LOCRec
to establish LOC
