Loan Rate Schedule Modification
Loan Rate Schedule Modification is a jXchange service that was designed to modify the loan rate schedules that meet the criteria entered within the request due to clarification of the rule regarding rate changes for Regulation Z open-end, non-Real Estate secured variable rate consumer accounts. This ruling requires that lenders send a notice 45 days before a rate increase for accounts with the following characteristics: Consumer Loan, Open end, Variable Rate, Not Real Estate secured, and Floor rate is present on the loan.
