Collateral Tracking Modification
Collateral Tracking Mod
Collateral Tracking Mod is a jXchange service designed to modify or delete information
on existing listings of collateral or associated documentation in relationship to a loan or
consumer. In Collateral Tracking Mod, the elements submitted in the request are similar to those
submitted in the Collateral Tracking Add. The Dlt
element has been added for
use in requesting a deletion of a collateral item or documentation. The
CollatDocArray
is missing in Collateral Tracking Mod, but its child element,
CollatDocRec
, has been maintained. In the modification service, only the
optional elements with changed values must be submitted.
Message Flow
In jXchange, the Collateral Tracking Mod service uses a typical exchange of
MType
messages to modify or delete items of collateral or associated
collateral documentation to a service provider.
Primary Request
The third-party consumer forwards the CollatTrackModRq_MType
message to the
service provider. The message contains the required CollatItemRec
or
CollatDocRec
elements and the item or documentation key. To delete, the
Dlt element must be included with a value of
True. To delete a collateral item, the
CollatItemKey must be submitted. If the deletion is for an item of
documentation, both the CollatItemKey and
CollatDocKey must be submitted.
Primary Response
The service provider returns the CollatTrackModRs_MType
message to the
third-party consumer. The message contains the RsStat element, which
states whether the requested modification or deletion was successful.
CollatTrackModRq_MType
