December 20th, 2024 - Nightly Processing Will Freeze on DMZ SilverLake Banks

Nightly processing for DMZ SilverLake banks 011001276/TEST and 0011001276/Ovation will be paused. This pause will be during the period of January 1st, 2025 - March 31st, 2025.

What does this affect?

  • End of day (EOD) processing will not occur.
  • Hard posting of transactions will not occur.
  • ODI Data will not refresh
  • System date will be frozen to show 2025/01/01.

We should resume nightly processing at the end of March. Please watch this space for updates.

November 5th, 2024 - jXchangeHdr Validation Requirements Change in DMZ

When: Effective April 30, 2025

What: All JX SOAP API calls transmitted through the jxdmz.jackhenry.com (DMZ) environment will undergo validation on the jXchangeHdr object. To avoid errors post-validation, please ensure your requests include the following elements:

  • jXLogTrackingId
  • InstRtId
  • InstEnv
  • BusCorrelId
  • ValidConsmName
  • ValidConsmProd

Although the schema definition does not explicitly list these elements as required, they are essential for the jXchange Service Gateway to accurately route and track messages from API consumers.
